THE CALL
The earlier we are contacted as a builder for your project, the more efficiently we can help in making your project a more detailed enjoyable experience. We can then make suggestions depending on the client’s style, budget, and amenity choices. If you have found us before you have found your Architect or Designer, please feel free to reach out, and we can suggest some of our favorites, depending on the style and location of your home.
THE PLAN
By including Cornerstone Custom Homes as your team early on, we can use our knowledge and experience to further customize your home. We believe the smoothest projects are the ones where most of the details are chosen and discussed before we even break ground. Everything from choosing wall finishes to placing floor outlets early helps create a pleasant and streamlined experience.
THE BUILD
Even with over 2 decades of experience, and many homes we have built, every home we build is distinctive. It is the first time anyone has built that home. At Cornerstone Homes we have designed a process that captures the combined experience of our entire team. We have created a culture of humility, and acquiring knowledge. We have regular meetings to continue bettering our process and learn from each other. To us, building a completely custom home means just that - it is your home customized to you. During the build, we work with you to create solutions for problems that may not show up on paper, or to overcome any product/manufacturing delays. We truly enjoy incorporating special details. We are passionate about building the best house possible. You make the house a home with your special individualized touch. Together, it becomes all it can be for you and your family to build precious memories for many years to come.
